We are excited to fill this position with someone who wants to work with the Aspire 4 Life management team to position us for new service growth and improve the lives of older Australians and their families.

This role is based in our Tweed Heads office. Fixed term contract to June 30th 2022 (potential for renewal).

What will I be doing as an Operations Manager?

  • Provide leadership and operational management of Aspire4Life's centralised operations team including the Regional Assessment Service (RAS) and logistics
  • Act as the compliance and program delivery expert by ensuring comprehensive knowledge of the program, KPIs and deliverables are achieved as outlined in the funding agreements
  • Use Business Intelligence tools and reporting to WOW our stakeholders
  • Mastering client and staff experience
  • Establish and maintain continuous improvement programs
  • Work with the Aspire 4 Life team to create strong industry communities of practice
  • Represent Aspire 4 Life as an ambassador at industry and internal events

What you need to bring to us:

  • 5+ years’ experience in aged care or community
  • Proven professional people management, and leadership experience
  • Tertiary qualifications in the health or aged care industries
  • An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence
  • Ability to interpret data, manage risk and implement workforce management plans

  • Management of a large national or subcontracted workforce
  • Coordination of multiple service portfolios with a high annual revenue
  • ‘Age is just a number’ mentality
  • The zest and enthusiasm required to disrupt systems with continuous improvement practices
