We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Team Leader to join our team with Aspire4Life. This is an ideal opportunity for a clinician looking to move into a 9 to 5 office-based role, or for someone who is a natural leader looking for their next new challenge.

Your day-to-day will see you lead a small team, who provide virtual assessments to eligible members in the community. As their Team Leader, you will promote a collaborative and supportive working environment to ensure all key daily operational activities are met, whilst empowering your team to always provide a customer-centric approach to each engagement. In addition to this, you will also:

• Use your clinical knowledge and experience to sign off on support plans (we need you to have a current AHPRA registration, and relevant degree qualification in Nursing or Allied Health (Physiotherapist or Occupational therapist)
• Liaise with the Department of Veteran Affairs – continuing to build and maintain positive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
• Budget management, quarterly reporting, and service coordination (you will have a high level of computer literacy)
• Use your people management and leadership experience to continue to support and upskill your team

We need you to have experience working in the aged care, or community care sector; and bonus points if you have experience in client assessment, care planning and service coordination. You will thrive under pressure and be comfortable adjusting to an ever-changing environment – being an expert planner would be a great advantage here. You will be based by the beach in our brand-new Coolangatta office, in this full time, fixed term contract until June 30th 2022.
