About the role: 

Partner with the Learning & Development team as an instrumental part in the smooth running of organisational learning in a diverse and dynamic environment. Offer administrative and other general support, while developing creative solutions for the planning, scheduling, coordinating and records management of compliance learning requirements and other professional development opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to Learning & Development team
  • Manage the day to day administration and maintenance of Aspect’s Learning Management System (LMS) and training events calendar
  • Liaise with program facilitators, venue providers and other key stakeholders to ensure all programs hosted by L&D meet set standards of program delivery
  • Respond in a professional and timely manner to all staff enquiries using appropriate communication methods
  • Assist in project work as required

Skills, experience, attributes and qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Administration experience, preferably in a L&D environment
  • Customer service and relationship management experience (an advantage) 
  • Tech savvy with a desire to learn new systems and suggest improvements
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated and disciplined with attention to detail
  • Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or a related qualification (desirable or willing to attain) 
  • Experience using a LMS; familiarity with Litmos LMS platform an advantage
  • Event coordination experience desirable
  • Valid NSW driver’s licence and willingness to work across different locations as required
  • A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this
