About the role: 

Provide an executive level of administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Aspect, and as agreed with the CEO, other members of the Aspect Executive and Aspect Board as required. This role offers the opportunity to work with a passionate, friendly and down to earth group of executives and to enjoy variety in day to day tasks, while utilising your strengths in process and detail focused work.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be the central point of communication for the office of the CEO
  • Support the preparation of documentation for the Board and Board Committees
  • Be the key administrator of Boardtrac Plus
  • Provide secretarial support of Aspect's management committees

Skills, experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience providing executive assistance
  • Excellent written, digital and oral communication skills
  • Experience coordinating committees or projects
  • Experience managing confidential information and documentation
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Skilled and systematic organiser with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent IT skills with advanced knowledge and understanding of MS Office software
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Secretarial or administrative qualification preferred
  • Experience with boardroom management software

A National Police Check clearance is a requirement and Aspect will arrange this.
