The Role

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, we are seeking a creative programming professional with a track record in designing, planning and executing high-quality, complex and impactful events and projects for diverse audiences. Managing a dynamic team of 2 programming professionals, you will be a self-starter who is happy to work collaboratively.

What We Need:

  • Min 7 years’ relevant work experience in management of events, projects, content or communications in corporate, academic or not-for-profit settings, preferably in the area of international affairs or international business
  • Strong ability to listen, research and anticipate trends and topical issues, create, share and test ideas and align them with the organisation’s agenda and mission
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent relationship-management skills and tact with strong ability to interact with senior business, government, academic and cultural stakeholders
  • Interest and/or experience in Asia desirable
