We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Workforce Analyst to work across the achievement of our vision, purpose and organisational objectives. They recognise the right of people with disabilities to inclusion, participation and self-determination.

You will be working with the workforce analytics & support manager to generate accurate workforce metrics and produce meaningful reports using workforce metrics for the business.

What success looks like…

  • Applied flexible, pragmatic, and natural problem solving to identify end to end data requirements' definition and delivery.
  • Used data mapping, data definition and business process mapping techniques to capture and understand 'As Is' and 'To Be' data requirements and processes.
  • Robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders namely internally - the Payroll Team, People Service Centre, Area Managers, Senior Management and externally - network, forum members and relevant consultants/agencies
  • Comprehensive implementation of initiatives that maximise workforce utilisation.
  • Strong coaching ethos, highlighting best practice workforce planning.
  • Workforce requirements and plans soundly forecast.
  • Works with stakeholders to forecast and plan for current and future workforce needs.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of organisational workforce objectives and strategies.
  • Works with relevant managers to plan and deliver optimal use of workforce in line with industrial agreements.
  • Proactively builds and maintains relationships with key stakeholders to effectively implement workforce planning objectives.

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

  • Core systems business analysis experience (HRIS, Payroll, ERP, HR, CRM, etc.).
  • Previous experience in a workforce planning, analytics or similar role.
  • Sound organisational and analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to review practices and determine trends.
  • Strong administrative skills; time management, coordination of tasks, efficient work practices.
  • Ability to extract data from a variety of systems and analyse in Power BI
  • Development of new reports in Power BI using new and existing data models
  • Ability to understand and maintain existing data models
  • Understanding of row-level security in Power BI
  • Understanding of star and snowflake schema data models
  • Translation and normalisation of data across payroll, Finance, rostering and CRM systems
  • Ability to work in Citrix environment
