We are seeking a committed and experienced UX Program Manager to lead the establishment of a capability that ensures Aruma staff and customer solutions are optimised for user experience. This will consider the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions and capability.

You will be directly reporting to the General Manager - Transformation supporting a team of technical and project resources and partnering closely with Aruma's key stakeholders and staff to ensure successful change adoption.

What success looks like…

• The critical successful objective, is establish a delivery and operational capability for the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across core Aruma enterprise solutions and reporting
• A secondary objective is the establishment of UX design principles and capabilities
• Provide leadership and direction to deliver and establish UX & AI Design and delivery capability, including mobilisation of a design, delivery and support team
• Identify opportunities for incorporation of AI solutions with operational, analytics and reporting functions.
• Ensure technology solutions comply with UX and Accessibility guidelines
• Define and oversee a portfolio of projects and change initiatives that implement and adopt AI as a key user engagement and analytical reporting tool.
• Works closely with project teams within the program (and broader transformation program) to plan, prioritise and drive change management activities

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

• A positive attitude to people with disability, their families and carers
• Degree in IT and/or Business or relevant years of experience
• +4 years' demonstrated project management experience delivering technology-based products/solutions
• +2 years of experience as subject matter expert in AI/ML
• +4 years of experience in UX design and application
• +2 years' experience in successful delivery of AI based programs
• Proven experience in managing multi-disciplined, technical project teams including conversational and UX designers
• Proven experience with change management within a complex and transformational environment
• Prior direct experience as a Program Manager supporting a AI/Transformation/IT program
• Formal Change Management certification - PROSCI and/or CCMP (Change Management Practitioner Certified Professional)
