About the role

The Talent Acquisition Team is led by the National Talent Acquisition Manager. Reporting to the Talent Team Leader, you will work within the Purpose and Values of Aruma. You will be part of a high performing Talent Team working as a trusted advisor and partnering with Hiring Managers to deliver a positive customer experience to all stakeholders. The Talent Team is supported by the People Service Centre (PSC) who manage probity checks and offer contracts.

Key Focus Areas

  • Source key talent and build talent pipelines
  • Recruit roles across Community, Employment and Children's Services for starters
  • Be known for promoting a high quality customer experience for all stakeholders
  • Utilise fit for purpose recruitment automation tools i.e. LiveHire, Xref, LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Play to your strengths and fulfil recruitment assignments and projects creatively

Skills and experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or relevant industry experience in high volume recruitment (Disability or Aged Care sector an advantage)
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Experience using ATS systems i.e. LiveHire, PageUp or equivalent
  • Write compelling advertisements to sell our amazing EVP!
  • Good negotiation and influencing skills
