Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, Support Co-ordination, and the Support Co-ordination Team Manager, the Support Co-ordinator Lead will manage a reduced customer caseload, including meeting billing KPI and assisting the SC Team Manager to lead a team of approximately 8 x Support Co-ordinators, under a line of business model creating a distinct and separate stream for support coordination across all Aruma Regions.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a Team mentoring role, within the newly created Aruma wide Support Co-ordination structure and be a vital part of the future of support co-ordination in Aruma.
Properly completed applications which meet the NDIS criteria to deliver Level 3 Support Co-ordination will be well considered.
