In response to the recommendations from the Tune Review into the NDIS and the NDIS flagged position relating to the separation of support co-ordination from other aspects of service delivery, Aruma is excited to announce the following opportunity.
Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, Support Co-ordination, and the Support Co-ordination Team Manager, the Support Co-ordinator Lead will manage a caseload, including customers at NDIS Level 3 Support co-ordination. The SC Lead will also assist the SC Team Manager to lead a team of approximately 8 x Support Co-ordinators, under a planned restructure to create a distinct and separate stream for support co-ordination across all Aruma Regions.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a Team mentoring role and perform support co-ordination at Level 3, within the newly created Aruma wide Support Co-ordination structure and be a vital part of the future of support co-ordination in Aruma.
