In response to the recommendations from the Tune Review into the NDIS and the NDIS flagged position relating to the separation of support co-ordination from other aspects of service delivery, Aruma is excited to announce the following opportunity.

Under the leadership of the Operations Manager, Support Coordination, and the Support Coordination Team Manager, the Support Coordinator Lead will manage a caseload, including meeting billing KPI and assist the SC Team Manager to lead a team of approximately 8 x Support Co-ordinators, under a planned restructure to create a distinct and separate stream for support co-ordination across all Aruma Regions.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a Team mentoring role, within the newly created Aruma wide Support Coordination structure and be a vital part of the future of support coordination in Aruma.

Properly completed applications which meet the NDIS criteria to deliver Level 3 Support Co-ordination will be well considered.

This opportunity is open to applicants who meet the following Essential Selection Criteria:

  • Work ethic demonstrates Aruma BRAVE values
  • Demonstrated experience as a high performing Support Co-ordinator OR Demonstrated experience in leading and managing high performing teams and thorough understanding of NDIS Support Co-ordination
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving set KPI's and the ability to support others to meet KPI's
  • Ability to assist with Support Co-ordination responsibilities for team members when they are on leave
  • Demonstrated experience in assisting to manage budgets to achieve positive fiscal results
  • Ability to work with peers based across all Aruma support co-ordination locations and support staff across wide geographies
  • Ability and enthusiasm to promote and grow the Aruma Support Co-ordination business

Desirable

  • Skills, qualifications and registration with relevant professional association to provide Level 3 Support Co-ordination is desirable
