Remuneration Advisor - Flexible Location

Opportunity for an experienced Remuneration Advisor to join our high performing People Services & Reward team. As a strong influencer and a subject matter expert you will enjoy collaborative partnerships built with internal stakeholders to drive best practice in the delivery of remuneration practices for Aruma non award employees.

You will work closely with the leadership and management teams to ensure that remuneration practices are implemented fairly and consistently and in line with our organisational values and policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee role creation and remuneration packages on offer to all salaried employees
  • Ensure remuneration frameworks are aligned across the various geographic locations, job families and seniority levels
  • Update organisational charts and post on Wattson
  • Provide advice to managers, including job analysis, job design advice, Mercer job evaluation and remuneration benchmarking
  • Provide advice and track increases that occur between reviews
  • Produce reports on salary movements
  • Assist with preparing costing for new organisational structures/changes

About you

  • Demonstrated experience with at least 5 years + in People & Culture or similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary remuneration and benefits practices
  • Relevant qualifications and or experience across remuneration analytics with a high level of attention to detail, accompanied by strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and gain knowledge of external benchmarking practices
  • Strong written communication skills, including the ability to prepare written reports, and develop policies
  • Be well organised and have excellent time management skills
