About the role

As a recruitment marketer you will be building connections, relationships and networking with a variety of different disability providers around the community. This role is heavily focused on promoting Aruma's supported employment opportunities, building relationships and recruitment of people with a disability into Aruma's supported employment vacancies. This role varies from network connections to employee and client site tours. You must be confident to travel to different locations independently and build client relationships for ARUMA.

Key Focus Area

  • Part time employment - 15-20 hours per week
  • Pay rate $30-$36 per hour

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in Recruitment, Marketing, Networking or Disability Support background and relevant qualification desired but not necessary.
  • Current QLD Driver's License.
  • Hold a current QLD police check or willing to obtain.
  • Hold a current NDIS Check or willing to obtain.
  • Be able to work in a team environment.
  • Be able to work independently and build strong client relationships.
  • Have strong administrative skills
  • Able to conduct site tours and engage with people with a disability and their support networks.
  • Able to travel to different locations around the community.
  • Must be able to build networks independently and client database relationships.
