We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Property Project Manager to be based at either our Belrose or Parramatta, Sydney offices.

Reporting to the GM Commercial, you will lead, implement and facilitate the sales and tender bidding process for Aruma property and land Assets, ensuring that the project outcomes are delivered and establish through effective governance, processes and standards.

You will have strong property and project management experience including the management property sale and purchase management, commercial and compliance with legislative contracts, property development, transition plans management, financial management and OH&S and risk management.

Your ability to identify and engage in new and existing stakeholder relationships including real estate, government agencies and peak body associations and contractor management will ensure commitment and outcomes are achieved within time and budget.

What success looks like...

  • Ensure all projects are managed using a relevant technology solution such as MS Project, Asana or similar.
  • Lead, implement and facilitate the sales and tender bidding process for Aruma property and land Assets to attract maximum portfolio value.
  • Establish Project Steering Committee for governance and ensure appropriate processes and standards are applied in the acquisition and disposal of land and property assets.
  • Ensure all project deliverables are achieved on time, within budget and accomplish the outcomes required.
  • Perform market analysis and identify and recommend the acquisition of new assets and land.
  • Manage the relocation and transition of offices and specialist business operations to new sites developing infrastructure that ensure innovative deliverables for living accommodation for customers.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of finance, policies and processes to plan, forecast and monitor project budget preparation and management activities.
  • Identify and engage in new stakeholder relationships including real estate, government agencies and peak body associations to deliver Aruma commercial outcomes.

Must have's…

  • Bachelors or a relevant tertiary qualification and/or full accreditation with a relevant Professional Association of Peak Body.
  • Strong property and project management experience (10+ years) in a fast-paced and complex environment including the management of Property Assets, and the delivery of new development initiatives.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to Aruma Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Sound knowledge of best practice, and the statutory and regulatory framework including ATO, ASIC and NDIS, Building Code of Australia, Building Regulations, OH&S Act and other relevant legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding in property management for legislative and policy procurement and contract interpretation and development.
  • High level computer literacy in Word, Excel and Project Management tools, such as MS Pro, Asana or similar.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management methodologies such as Prince2, Agile etc
  • A Current Australian Driver's License.
