We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing Manager to provide leadership and direction for the development and implementation of Marketing strategies and activation plans for Aruma's Support Services.

You will be working with the General Manager - Marketing and the Support Services Team to understand their specific needs, provide support to raise awareness of the brand and services in their local regions, and attract and retain new customers through building brand loyalty.

What success looks like…

  • Effectively develops and implements Support Services (adults and children) marketing plans which position Aruma as an innovative leader within the disability sector
  • Effectively builds awareness and understanding of Aruma's Support Services and the work that we do
  • Creates a wide range of Support Services marketing collateral and content which promotes our brand idea and brand promise, and meets the needs to the regional teams
  • Successfully drives brand equity by building a strong relationship with our customer base
  • Effectively develop go-to-market plans for any new service launches and initiatives that come out of the customer journey mapping
  • Successfully mentors the Marketing Coordinators to develop in their role
  • Successfully champions Aruma throughout the organisation
  • Conduct research and analyses to develop a comprehensive understanding of current and potential clients needs and expectations to support the development of targeted marketing strategies
  • Work with the General Manager Marketing to undertake rigorous campaign and brand evaluation, including market effectiveness, brand tracking research, market segment analysis, target market identification and competitive tracking analysis, and interpret the findings to determine where to direct marketing resources to add value over time

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

  • 7+ years' experience and a proven track record in a similar role
  • Experience in a leadership role including managing direct reports
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
  • Strong understanding of current marketing concepts, strategy, metrics, and best practice
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with a proven ability to manage key priorities in order to meet tight deadlines
  • Well-developed communication skills; verbal and written
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Track record of entrepreneurial flair, challenging the status quo, identifying opportunities and creating programs to capitalise on them
  • Ability to interpret briefs, demonstrate initiative and creativity
