We are seeking a hand-on, dedicated and resilient M365 Developer to work across the organisation to solve tactical challenges regarding working with data. There will be a focus on rapid application development in the Microsoft 365 platform using "out of the box" functionality available in Power Platform. Includes everything including SharePoint web parts, Ai, Bots.

You will be working with the General Manager, IT to support the adoption of technical solutions that allow M365 users to effectively utilise the platform to achieve their business goals and align with Aruma's strategic priorities and sustainable business practices.

What success looks like…

  • Developed, supported, and consulted with stakeholders of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions, to support rapid application development in the Microsoft 365 platform
  • Acted as an influential change champion for M365, guiding the business to effectively exploit the functionality available in the platform
  • Performed large content migrations to SharePoint Online using Sharegate
  • Created point solutions quickly for transitory issues and solutions to more permanent problems which can surface during large transformation projects
  • Supported Office 365 and SharePoint document management solutions
  • Performed technical business analyst duties, as required
  • Designs ultramodern technical solutions on Azure & O365 that address customer's requirements for scalability, reliability, security, and performance
  • Creates automations using Microsoft Power Automate and O365/Dynamics 365 including AI maker, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents, UI Flows, Teams and SharePoint following industry best practices
  • Works collaboratively with stakeholders to find and develop solutions to business problems & opportunities, by communicating with staff to understand their product visions, needs, requirements and capabilities
  • Develops end-user guides for multiple audiences

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

  • A relevant tertiary qualification, with a minimum of 2 years' project management/ coordination in an IT context
  • Experience with application development using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate)
  • An understanding in the implementation and deployment of Azure services
  • Experience migrating on-premise data to Azure Cloud
  • Experience supplying Level 2 & 3 support for various systems on different platforms
  • Experience writing Python & PowerShell scripts for Teams, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Graph API and Azure AD
  • Attends Aruma offices as requested for training and project team meetings
  • Own transport and drivers' licence
  • Excellent communication skills that translate technical and complex systems into everyday terms, demonstrating a passion for developing Microsoft solutions, particularly those based on O365, Teams and SharePoint, and demonstrating confident facilitation or presentation skills, for varied audiences
  • A customer-centric approach, responsive to ad-hoc requests
