If this sounds like a team you want to be part of, read on because we are on the lookout for an experienced Fleet Administrator to join our amazing team and support the Fleet Supervisor in the efficient operations of Aruma's fleet of vehicles. You are someone that likes to challenge the status quo and looking to make your mark to continue to provide excellent service to both operations and our customers!

What success looks like...

In this role you will assist in the administration and coordination of the organisation's fleet of motor vehicles and maintain accurate records in compliance with company policy and government regulations. You will also:

  • Monitor all fleet related communications and respond to queries from employees on fleet related matters.
  • Be a point of contact for vehicle accidents, manage insurance claims, excess payments.
  • Ensuring all monthly reporting requirements are meet.
  • Maintain and updating relevant vehicle registers e.g. road tolls, mobility permit register, infringements, vehicle registrations and inspections.
  • Provide administration and responding to requests from Finance and the Commercial team.
  • Data owner for all fleet vehicles in our lease accounting system.
  • Identify process improvements and manage relevant change impacts.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on lease procurements and disposals.

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to partner effectively across the organisation
  • Demonstrated experience in Fleet administration and database management
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Data savvy with outstanding numeracy and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • High level computer literacy in Microsoft 365 and fleet related systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • A positive demeanour and a willingness to learn
