We are seeking an Employment Coordinator who will be responsible for developing relationships with key stakeholders to meet the needs of recruiting employees with a disability for Aruma's Businesses.

A critical component of the role is understanding the recruitment needs of the Businesses and ensuring a suitable match with potential employees. This role will prepare and review NDIS Service Agreements for employees with a disability.

What makes you successful...

  • Qualifications in human resources, recruitment, Disability or related discipline.
  • Experience in the disability sector and a passion for supporting the human rights of people with a disability and a focus on outcomes.
  • Experience in operational recruitment and implementing recruitment campaigns - both through traditional methods as well as using digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining positive working relationships within the community and employer networks.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the issues faced by employees with a disability in relation to employment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability and commitment to establish and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated outstanding Customer Service focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; with the ability to adapt your communication style to specific needs of individuals or groups.
  • Strong administrative skills equip with the ability to work independently, organise competing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Experience in delivering creative solutions and ability to drive and support innovation
  • Strong confidence and capability in using MS Office, systems and technology.
  • A commitment to the Code of Conduct of Aruma and a passion for supporting the human rights of people with a disability and a focus on quality outcomes
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence and the ability to travel intra or interstate from time to time.
