We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Commercial Analyst to drive commercial best practice across fleet, procurement and property. You will be responsible for establishing a best practice function by tracking performance, providing actionable insights and driving accountability in results across the team and organisation.

What success looks like

  • Leadership and delivery of the planning process including the preparation of budgets & forecasts across property, fleet & CAPEX.
  • Create & implement a monthly P&L review process, driving insights for the fleet, procurement & property teams.
  • Responsible for data management and reporting of all Fleet assets to monitor costs that promote efficient use of Aruma's motor vehicle assets.
  • Provide effective advice and action vehicle sourcing, disposals & employee packaging arrangements.
  • Support building and developing business cases that support operational managers to drive market competitiveness and build commercial acumen.
  • Champions a data driven approach to monitoring performance, tracking results and finding new commercial and operational opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, facilitating teamwork, and collaborative knowledge sharing.

What you need to be successful in this role

  • 3+ Years finance background in a complex organisation with budgeting & forecasting experience, strong management reporting capabilities and be able to build basic financial models.
  • CA/CPA equivalent qualification or part qualified
  • Data savvy with outstanding numeracy and analytical skills. Specifically, analytical ability to identify areas of cost inefficiency
  • Good presentation skills in presenting results of commercial analyses.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, outcome focused and able to assume responsibility
  • Good communication skills, ability to articulate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders and produce high quality written reports.
  • Good commercial and business acumen to make key commercially savvy recommendations.
  • Confident working with Microsoft 365 and ability to utilise tools such as Power BI & SQL.
