We have a great opportunity for a resilient and dedicated Change Lead to provide supporting transformation projects and change initiatives across the organisation to meet objectives on time, focusing on the people side of change.

Reporting to the Transformation Change Manager, you will be working closely with the established teams and support Project Managers in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

What success looks like…

  • Delivered transformation projects and change initiatives with minimal commercial disruption, to agreed timeframes
  • Established collaborative relationships with Project Managers ensuring integrated change management activities
  • Developed collaborative relationships with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts and staff
  • Analyses change impacts, developing and implementing change strategies and plans aimed at enabling stakeholders' proficient utilisation and effective adoption of changes impacting them
  • Conducts project change assessments, change gap and impact analysis alongside stakeholder analysis
  • Analyses change impacts, developing and implementing change strategies and plans aimed at enabling stakeholders' proficient utilisation and effective adoption of changes impacting them
  • Collects change data and conduct analysis
  • Tracks and report issues and risks

Skills and experience that make you stand out…

  • Minimum 2-years' experience in change management, familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of project cycles
  • Change Management Certification for example Prosci Certification
  • Experience in Agile methodology
  • Ability to build and maintain congenial, respectful and trustworthy stakeholder relationship across all levels of the organisation
  • Customer-centric and holistic in approach
  • Proactive, solution focused problem solver
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Ability to analyse data and develop strategies
