If this sounds like a team you want to be part of, read on because we are on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Business Analyst to support our organisational change program for a fixed term contract until March 2021.

As our new Business Analyst, you will lead the review and analysis of the organisation's business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to a significant organisational change including business improvements.

What success looks like…

  • Engage stakeholders using strong business analysis elicitation techniques to extract information to inform decision making
  • Providing advice based on research conducted, to feasibility and suitability of proposed solutions to optimise business performance
  • Demonstrates an ability in understanding end to end business processes, strategic objectives and rationale for decision making
  • Strong understanding of core business processes with the ability to perform gap analysis, through capturing and understanding As-Is and To-Be processes. Develops functional and technical documentation and work with the project team to support implementation
  • Guides and drives business SME's to develop user journeys, streamline business processes and consolidate common services/data to deliver business change to deliver quality customer outcomes

Skills and experience that make you stand out

  • 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within organisational transformation functions
  • Core business analysis experience in transformational programs
  • Experience in systems thinking and process development methodology
  • Experience applying a variety of techniques to elicit business requirements, and validate facts through workshops, interviews, surveys
  • Project Management experience (Prince2 and/or Agile/Scrum)
  • End to end functional and non-functional business analysis skills
  • Flow diagram, business requirement documentation, user journey build
  • Strong administration skills; time management, coordination of tasks
  • Excellent computer literacy and confidence and capability in using systems
