We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the Aruma IT Transformation Program, working closely with the Finance and IT Transformation teams to support the selection and roll out of a new solution for a 6 months FTC.

What success looks like...

The focus of this role is to partner closely with Aruma's key stakeholders and staff, to facilitate end to end solution requirements' definition and delivery and to support the transformation of our business during the Project.

You will also:

  • Apply flexible, pragmatic, and natural problem solving to develop end to end solutions for the project.
  • Use effective communication skills to engage stakeholders and elicit information to inform decision making.
  • Demonstrate understanding of end to end business context to align strategic objectives and rationale for decision making.
  • Use business analysis elicitation techniques to capture and understand 'As Is' and 'To Be' processes, and engaged with HR Teams, Payroll Team, Finance, Business and IT SMEs to perform effective gap analysis.
  • Perform market assessments on viable software solutions to select vendors that meet identified business requirements and selection criteria.
  • Demonstrated understanding of core business systems and performed problem gap analysis to develop functional and technical documentation and collaborated with development teams to support implementation.
  • Developed and maintained reports to monitor progress and delivery against business objectives.

Skills and experience which will make you stand out...

  • Degree in Business, IT or Finance, with a minimum of fifteen years' experience as a Senior Business Analyst within the Finance/ Transformation functions.
  • Core systems business analysis experience (ERP, Finance, HR, CRM, Risk etc.).
  • End to end functional and non-functional business analysis skills.
  • Experience using BA tools such as JIRA, VSTS.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to engage and work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, that displays high-level financial and technical skills and business acumen.
