Remote / Work from Home
Are you passionate about increasing opportunities for Deaf and Disabled artists? With a focus on high-quality contemporary programming, disability advocacy, and capacity building, Arts Access Victoria is Victoria’s leading inclusive arts organisation, working to raise the profile of Deaf and Disabled artists.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join us to take us on a journey towards process excellence using two key quality and audit compliance frameworks – the NDIS Practice Standards, and the Commonwealth Government’s Home Support Program standards.
This newly created role will report directly to the Director of Operations and Development, and will work right across the organisation overseeing AAV’s quality management systems. You will be a self-starter and enthusiastic about developing commonsense easy-to-use policies, processes, and risk frameworks. You will liaise with our two main funding bodies regarding their regular audit processes, and guide AAV’s compliance and risk management processes. You will have lots of autonomy and you will have the enthusiastic support of the Executive Team to improve AAV’s quality systems.
All general inquiries about the role should go to Susan Learner via [email protected], using the subject line: Quality Officer enquiry via EthicalJobs.
Arts Access Victoria is committed to equity and inclusion. We strongly encourage Deaf and Disabled, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander, LGBTIQ+ and/or CALD people to apply. If you require assistance with your application, please contact us. A position description is available in alternate formats if required, including Braille, CD, Large Print and Plain English. If you are interviewed for the role, please let us know if you have any access requirements.
A position description is attached.
