Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is not-for-profit aged care and community service provider that provide services including Residential Care, Community Care, NDIS, School Nutrition and Early Learning Childhood programs in the Northern Territory. ARRCS Community Care programs deliver disability and aged care services 365 days across the Northern Territory. We now have a permanent opportunity in Alice Springs for Support Coordinators on CHSP in-home care programs.
The Support Coordinators are responsible for coordination and case management of clients and participants within the funding streams of CHSP, NDIS - CA, DVA - VHC.
