Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is not-for-profit aged care and community service provider that provide services including Residential Care, Community Care, NDIS, School Nutrition and Earling Learning Childhood programs in the Northern Territory. We are seeking 10 x Full-Time Personal Care Worker / Assistants to join our facilities during a period of change and reform across our 3 facilities in Alice Springs including Old Timers Village, Flynn Lodge and Hetti Perkins Home for the Aged. These opportunities will suit committed people who have care and compassion and enjoy interacting with our consumers within our facilities. As the ideal candidate, you will be caring and bring your heart and soul to everything you do, ensuring Consumer Choice is front of mind and understanding that you will interact in a meaningful way to those living within Aged Care facility.
Your role as Personal Care Worker / Assistant will see you providing care and support within the facility, undertaking cleaning, bed making, personal care including grooming, showering, mobility and assisting with meals. To be suitable for these positions you must have open 24/7 roster availability, be open and flexible to work a rotating roster and committed to our company. You will understand before applying that you will be ineligible to work for another Aged Care or Disability Services provider in Alice Springs whilst employed with our organisation in accordance with our Conflict of Interest provisions within the Enterprise Agreement and company Policy.
