About the role

Working closely with the Education and Training Manager the RTO Compliance and Projects Supervisor will manage a variety of duties and projects ensuring the RTO remain a compliant and viable entity of ALPA.

Based in Darwin with frequent travel to Remote communities to Arnhem Land you will also provide training and support to RTO Trainers and Students in the delivery of our Nationally Recognised courses.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and Maintain the eLearning Portal
  • Pursue funding and Fee for Service opportunities
  • Mentor and Train other members of the RTO
  • Verify AVETMISS reports
  • Deliver training and assessment in remote communities, ensuring the quality management measures are maintained across all training operations

Skills and Experience

  • Relevant qualifications in Training and Assessment including TAE40116
  • Experience in VETtrak student management systems
  • High level skills in Microsoft office suite
  • Management experience with the ability to mentor and coach team members
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in training and assessment
  • Attention to detail
  • Technology Savvy

Desirable

  • Qualifications in Retail, Community Services and/or Management
