About the role:

The CDP Compliance Support Officer is primarily responsible for reporting and maintaining documentary evidence of CDP’s performance. Reporting directly to the Performance Support Manager (PSM), this role is pivotal and is required to provide accurate and timely reports on performance of individual sites (which will be measured against the National Indigenous Australians Agency KPI’s). In addition to this, the Quality Assurance & Compliance Officer is also required to deliver high quality support to our site teams.

Responsibilities

  • Contract administration management
  • Delivery of customer service excellence at all times
  • Provide the ALPA CDP sites with the required reporting tools in order to increase performance aligned with PM&C KPI’s outlined in the funding agreement.
  • Report on site performance weekly and conduct random site audits as directed
  • Undertake all necessary processes outlined in the ALPA CDP Performance Operations Manual to ensure the success of the ALPA CDP program
  • Maintain records and documentation of all CDP activities
  • Provide coverage in community when key stakeholders are away 

 Skills and Experience

  • 3 years’ experience in a similar QA&C administration role, with experience working in the CDP ECSN system highly regarded
  • Knowledge and experience with CDP and supporting teams to deliver positive outcomes
  • Competency with various computer, particularly Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to problem solve
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to travel out to community on occasions to support teams
  • Current NT Drivers licence and vehicle
