The Collieries' Staff and Officials Association is a Division of Professionals Australia, and represents Staff employed in the mining industry. We aim to make a positive difference to our members' working lives.
The Association is looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the Board, the Director, and the industrial and organising team. Part executive assistant, part time office manager, this role assists a busy small team. You will support membership, governance and communications functions within the Association.
This role will appeal if you like a broad range of duties, and is a great opportunity to deepen your communications, governance and administrative skills and experience.
Applicants should be customer focused, and have excellent communication and computer skills. The role is based in our Sydney office, close by Town Hall station.
