About the job

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join our NSW team. You will be an integral part of a small, dedicated team of energetic and driven professionals at our offices in the heart of Sydney.  

In this role, you will assist the Executive Assistant in administration, membership processing and organisational tasks to ensure that the NSW office runs effectively and efficiently.  

You will also be required to provide support to our elected committees and other workplace leaders across the diverse industries we represent including, local government, water, energy and transport.  

About you

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following essential attributes:

  • Excellent organisation and administration skills
  • High degree of computer literacy skills (MYOB, Word, Excel, CRM, web updates etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with colleagues and our diverse membership.
  • Strong written communication skills    
  • Effective planning skills to balance competing demands. 
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team. 

Experience in an administrative role within a membership-based organisation or advertising/marketing agency would be well regarded.

Conditions of Employment
