The Quality Coordinator will work in consultation with Annie North CEO, the Annie North Staff and other key stakeholders to co-ordinate Annie North’s Continuous Quality Improvement. Working part time, the Quality Coordinator will coordinate, monitor and implement continuous quality improvement systems. The position will lead, oversee, and review systems within Annie North’s Quality and Safety Framework. The position will also work to a Quality Improvement Plan, and will ensure the organisation is prepared for regular external accreditation.

The key objective of this position is to ensure practice meets external standards (DHHS and QIC) which are regularly audited, and that practice is aligned with policies, procedures and areas of compliance through systems that are in place to effectively monitor.

Systems are in place to deliver consistent high quality service for women and their accompanying children who had had to leave their homes because of Domestic and Family Violence.

On a day to day basis, the Quality Coordinator will do this by: working closely with the Executive Management Team to establish, maintain and review essential systems to monitor continuous quality improvement and to ensure the organisation is prepared to meet it’s external accreditation against DHHS and QIC standards.

The Quality Coordinator will provide regular reports to the CEO and participating in ongoing professional development.
