What's the Job?

We are seeking highly enthusiastic and experienced Support Workers to deliver in home supports to NDIS recipients. Supports will be provided over a 24 hour, 7 days/week roster with some active/non-active sleepover shifts required.

What do we need from you?

• Experience assisting individuals with complex health and support needs
• Creative, strength based approach to supports
• Clear commitment to person centred planning with a focus on quality and best practice
• Ability to create supportive and professional working partnerships
• Flexible, resilient and adaptive
• Medication awareness
• Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Individual Support or HACC is essential
• Current police check less than 3 months old or willingness to undertake
• Current First Aid (with minimum 12 months left until expiry) and CPR Qualifications (with minimum 6 months until expiry)
• A current and valid Driver’s Licence along with a reliable, insured and registered vehicle

What would be great to have?

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Disability, Health or Community Care is desirable
