The Practice Leader exists to provide leadership and guidance to a team of Support Workers who have responsibility for the delivery of our Supported Independent Living project in Richmond, ensuring that a high quality of service is provided to individuals in their home.
All supports provided must be consistent with legislative requirements, funding as per service agreements and organisational policies and procedures.
The Practice Leader will be an integral part in contributing to continuous improvement and quality of supports provided.
Key responsibilities include leading and engaging a team to provide high quality support to individuals that enable development of skills, meaningful participation and independence.
