The Role

In this role you will be the unsung hero, ensuring things run smoothly and seamlessly. You will provide outstanding all-round administrative support that helps the organisation operate efficiently and continuously improve. This includes working closely with the Finance Manager and Finance Officer (and other members of the team) to:

• complete all financial processes in line with statutory, regulatory, policy and procedural requirements
• maintain office systems, security and equipment
• assist with managing suppliers, scheduling meetings and associated logistics
• embrace ad-hoc administrative support tasks that come your way

Skills Required:

You thrive delivering great administrative support that anticipates stakeholder needs and welcome the opportunity to help those around you to do what they need to. Importantly you can show:

• An alignment to our vision and values
• Excellent customer service, communication and relationship building skills
• Initiative – you’re a self-starter; always looking for ways to optimise processes; and highly organised enabling you to balance your regular work with unexpected priorities – and deliver to deadlines
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable with technology & software particularly Excel and the MS Suite

Understanding of the Not-for-Profit sector, and a relevant qualification (completed or undertaking) will help you stand out.
