About the Position

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for effectively managing a range of programs in Central Australia. You will possess a passion for the delivery of quality outcomes and have the ability to lead and mentor an already dedicated team working in partnership with other organisations in the region, particularly Aboriginal Community Controlled Organisations.

Tertiary qualifications in human services such as management, youth work, social work or community development are essential. You will be able to demonstrate high level management experience and innovation within the community service sector in a medium to large organisation. You will also have the ability to represent Anglicare NT in negotiations with the community and with key stakeholders including government.

You will uphold the values of Anglicare NT and provide quality services within the scope of the position and associated delegations.

Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
