About the Position

The Manager, Katherine Aged Care and Disability Services will provide hands-on leadership in the development and effective management of the Katherine Aged Care and Disability Services team. This will include the provision of culturally appropriate and client centred service delivery; staff management; contractual compliance and risk management.

The services provided include CHSP service delivery, NDIS service delivery and Support Coordination, as well as individual brokerage and Meals on Wheels.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children Clearance (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory driver's licence.

Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
