About the Position

Based at Winnellie, Darwin, the Program Manager Darwin Aged Care Home Support Services will provide hands-on leadership in the development and effective management of the Darwin Aged Care Service team. This will include the provision of culturally appropriate and client centred service delivery; staff management; contractual compliance and risk management.

To be successful in this role, you will hold a Tertiary qualification in community services or a related field and a minimum five (5) years’ experience in the community services sector in a management role. Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high performing, culturally diverse workforce. Demonstrated experience in the management of program budget.

You will uphold the values of Anglicare NT and provide quality services within the scope of the position and associated delegations.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
