Operations Manager - Counselling, Mediation & Family Support

In the role of Operations Manager, Counselling, Mediation & Family Support you will be responsible for leading, developing and management of Anglicare NT's counselling, mediation & family support division. This division is responsible for the delivery of a diverse range of government funded services including Mediation, Family Dispute Resolution (FDR), Relationship Education & Skills Training, Parenting Orders Program, Intensive Family Support Service, Contact Centre, Financial Counselling and Refugee and Migrant Settlement Services. To be successful, you will be a dynamic and empathetic leader who encompasses strength-based values. You will be flexible, adaptive and demonstrate innovative thinking and solutions and have an ongoing commitment to continous quality improvement.

To be successful in this newly created role you will possess a tertiary qualification in psychology, social work or counselling and have registration with a professional association such as the AHPRA, Australian Association of Social Workers or Australian Counselling Association. You will also possess highly developed contemporary leadership and management skills with the proven ability to achieve outcomes within a multidisciplinary team, lead innovation and manage change.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess an Ochre Card (Working with Children Clearance), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
