About the Opportunity

In the newly created position as the General Manager Shared Services (GMSS), you will be responsible for leading a team that provides customer focussed, efficient and effective Shared Services that support all staff, program services, day to day operations and strategic directions of Anglicare NT. Reporting to the CEO, the Shared Services portfolio includes:

  • Financial services
  • ICT Services
  • Fleet and Facilities
  • Work Health Safety, Risk Management and Insurance

Essential Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance, ICT, Business or related discipline
  • Extensive senior management experience in Financial management, Business Management or ICT.
  • Demonstrated senior management experience within community or not for profit organisations.
  • Exceptional planning and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated highly developed leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong report writing, policy development and written communication skills.
  • Proven record of leading projects and achieving deliverables within deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of the processes related to Risk Management and Quality Improvement.
