About the Position

This is an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander identified role.

Based in Winnellie and working with the Community Services team. You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of Pre and Post Release Supported Accommodation Service (known as OutCARE) and provide professional Case Work support to adult male residents in OutCARE Houses.

You will hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services / Case Management / Criminal Justice or equivalent. Prior staff supervision / Mentoring experience and demonstrated knowledge and experience in implementing culturally appropriate case management practice within a housing support framework.

You will uphold the values of Anglicare NT and provide quality services within the scope of the position and associated delegations.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
