About the Position

As Clinician, Mobile Assessment and Treatment Team (MATT), you will provide clinical assessment, intervention, case management and therapy to young people presenting with or at risk of developing early psychosis. headspace Darwin is committed to providing person-centred, youth-friendly services that facilitate a culture that emphasises family involvement. In addition, you will act as a resource demonstrating current theoretical knowledge and evidence base for discipline-specific practice in mental health.

To be successful in this rewarding role, you hold an Approved tertiary qualification in a relevant allied health discipline and current membership with AHPRA, or membership of and adherence to the AASW standards for social workers. Demonstrated clinical experience in the provision of a full range of mental health interventions.

Please note: It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a current Northern Territory manual driver’s licence.
