We are seeking someone qualified with considerable leadership experience to work within our residential services team based at our Dandenong office. The Senior Team Leader role supports and provides supervision for a multi-disciplinary team. The Senior Team Leader oversees partnerships and stakeholder management, and provides direction and support for individual care teams for complex clients residing in residential care. 

• Work within friendly and supportive team environment.
• Focus on providing support and supervision for multi-disciplinary team.
• Full time SCHADS Award Level 8 position based at Dandenong.

The Position: 

The full time Senior Team Leader role will supervise a team of Case Managers and other professionals in the delivery of residential care.  The position objectives are:

• To provide leadership and liaise with stakeholders including Child Protection in the delivery of case management services for young people in residential care.
• To ensure the provision of high quality services to young people and their families who are involved in the residential care program.
• To provide support and guidance to case managers who coordinate care team teams.  

To Be Successful in this Position You Will Need:

• Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Social Work / Psychology or equivalent.
• To have extensive leadership experience in out of home care.
• To work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team of professionals in the delivery of our residential services program.

Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
