Cradle to Kinder (C2K) is a whole of family service for highly vulnerable and at risk young families. The service is delivered in partnership with Anglicare Victoria (Lead Agency) who provides the function of key worker and Mercy Health O’Connell Family Centre who provides maternal and child health, and early parenting expertise. This program operates within the Outer-East area (Knox, Maroondah and Yarra Ranges local government areas). The program sits within a broader Anglicare Family Services program which includes Child FIRST, Family Services, SafeCare, Rapid Response and Intensive Family Service.
