Your role:

Work within the People and Culture team to support the organisation to grow employee capability in respect to learning and organisational development.

Working across a range of employee life cycle areas including, employee surveys coordination and analysis, training needs analysis coordination and support, induction & on-boarding, research projects, development planning, learning initiatives, systems reporting and analysis and supporting a range of key projects including implementation of a new HRIS system. 

About you:

  • You have experience working across a range of organisational development and learning areas, including engagement, learning, induction, compliance reporting, performance management and data analytics.
  • Passion for improving how things are done, leveraging systems and processes, to work smarter.
  • You value building relationships and have a demonstrated record of working with employees and manager to support positive outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills with people at all levels internally and externally.
  • Experience in successfully implementing a range of projects to improve employees experience and administering learning management systems.
  • You are flexible, have a can-do attitude and you are a team player prepared to help out as required. 

The important stuff:

  • TRP $102,000 FTE ($61,200 @ 3 days)
  • Part-time (3 days per week), flexible working hours Monday to Friday to support work/life balance, please state your preference within your cover letter.
  • Based at our Collingwood office, with work from home flexibility in our hybrid working model.
