The Kinship First Support program and this position is responsible for undertaking the comprehensive part b assessment and provision of targeted family services support to carers, children and young people residing in kinship care in the West. The role is aimed newly established Kinship placements and has a focus on needs assessment and enhancing the carers capacity and child/ren’s development, stability and safety.
Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
