Anglicare Victoria are the state’s largest provider of Out Of Home Care services and, with the support of a large network of passionate and dedicated staff, provide safe and nurturing homes to young people from a variety of backgrounds.
We operate over 30 residential youth houses, across metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria. This specific position is part of our Northern Region, consisting of 3 houses in Thomastown and Reservoir and is supported by a strong leadership team.
The position will involve a range of duties with a focus on supporting both the young people themselves, as well as staff at the house. You will maintain a positive and professional environment for the staff, assist with recruitment and on boarding of new staff, manage rosters and most importantly, provide a safe, welcoming and caring home environment for the young people at the house.
