Your role:

The Diversity and Inclusion Lead working within the Quality and Outcomes team, will manage and lead projects focused on embedding a culture of diversity and inclusion across the organisation. Co-design, consult and implement projects such as the rainbow tick accreditations, disability action plan and the development of a diversity and inclusion framework.

This is a role that you can work from home or one of our offices but will require you to get out and about and meet our people.

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role in the human services sector
  • A continuous improvement focus and experience designing and implementing change management projects across large programs
  • The ability to manage a range of projects with competing demands to completion
  • Ensure robust project management
  • A passion for diversity and inclusion across all areas of the organisation
  • A demonstrated ability to engage and communicate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Various qualifications: Social Work, Human Resources, Project Management will all suit this role

What you need to know:

  • Total remuneration package $88,000 at 0.8
  • Part time 4 days per week
  • Office location: Collingwood but with flexibility work from any Melbourne site
  • Step in to a role that allows you to develop and improve your leadership skills
  • Involvement with projects, project management and improvement
  • These projects are already underway

Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement. AV employees are required to either be fully vaccinated against Covid 19 or have a medical exemption. AV will require evidence that you are compliant with these requirements.
