The role of the Out of Home Care Support Worker is to provide direct support to case managers, newly established and ongoing Out of Home Care placements. This role will support facilitating contact with the child/young person’s family/extended family/community and to support reunification of children with their families wherever possible. This role will include writing notes, maintaining client paper file records and assisting with general office based tasks as directed including general typing, filing and administration support.
Please Note: It is mandatory for the successful applicant to hold a current Working with Children Check and be prepared to undergo a National Criminal History Check prior to commencement.
