The Navigator program is an exciting new initiative to reconnect young people in the Wimmera South-West to education. This new case management position provides opportunity to work directly with young people to reduce barriers to their participation in education. You will also create partnerships with local schools, community agencies, and services to wrap supports around young people, their families and carers.

This position is key to supporting young people 12-17 yrs, their families, and carers to take positive steps to re-engage and return to mainstream schooling. The position requires creativity, innovation, flexibility and a willingness to work collaboratively with families and local agencies - creating solutions that are 'out of the box'.
This position will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, connected with mobile technology across the region, comprising of four case managers, and a Team Leader. The positions are co-located in the offices of Local Learning and Employment Networks who are partners in the delivery of Navigator.
You will join our statewide community of practice, as an integral part of our Navigator programs in Western Melbourne and Central Victoria.
