We are seeking someone qualified and experienced to work within our residential services team based at our Dandenong office. The Case Manager directly supports young people who are placed in safe and stable placements in residential care. The Case Manager oversees the provision of services delivered to each of the 8 contracted clients in residential care and works directly with the care team of professionals involved in each case. The Case Manager works closely with the young people’s families and aims to strengthen relationships.
