Are you looking for your next challenge in your tender writing career?

Anglicare Southern Queensland is looking for an exceptional tender and grants writer to join our client experience team. We will be looking to you to lead the way in sourcing relevant funding opportunities for Anglicare and seeing the successful completion of the process from end-to-end.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • End-to-end tender coordination including the writing of the tender, collaboration and discussions with SMEs as well as all administrative aspects of the tender development through to tender upload.
  • Desktop publishing and tender production – creating templates, formatting, assembly and final check of tender documentation.
  • Creating, and maintaining standard library content.
  • Build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, i.e., Anglicare Executive Leadership Team, Service Managers, Commonwealth and State Funders.

You will have:

  • a proven track record in submission of successful tenders and grants
  • demonstrated ability to undertake research and produce a well-rounded researched and formatted tender submission document
  • strong writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • excellent attention to detail and superior time management and organisational skills
  • ability to interact with all levels of the organisation
  • high level Microsoft Office suite skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • willingness to own the whole process from end-to-end.
